Scheduled training sessions and drop-in programming are available for all students at B.C.S.S.

Students with limited strength training experience are encouraged to attend an introductory training workshop / orientation session before attending drop-in sessions.

These workshops are offered during lunch breaks at B.C.S.S. at the beginning of every school year, and are also offered in regular grade 9 and 10 HPE curriculum.

Note: After school sessions will begin on the week of September 6th.
