The Six Day Challenge starts this week… are you ready?
If you haven’t heard, we’re challenging ourselves to explore a new avenue of fitness over six separate sessions- and just to make things interesting, we’re going to add a special challenge each day related to each workout, and throw in a little bit of friendly competition along the way.
