Hopefully you’ve been finding plenty of ways to stay active and fit in this climate of limited access when it comes to gyms and fitness centres.

As we gear up for a return to school though, time and access to other resources may once again put a bit of strain on our ability to find a decent opportunity to work out.

Good news… The Stronger BCSS Minimalist Workout Series is here to support you- whether you’re here in the building, or working out at home!

You can find links to all of the workouts in the series in the Stronger BCSS Training Video Library- which is a new section of the site that I’m trying my best to add content to regularly- so be sure to check back often!

In the meantime, if there’s a specific type of workout that you’d like to see in the series, I’d love to hear from you!
