Students interested in extra-curricular strength and conditioning programming opportunities during the second semester (January-June 2020) can now view and download an up-to-date schedule of options for drop-in and sign-up (ILIP) training.

Please remember that scheduling training opportunities during ILIP is limited to a maximum of twice weekly, must be approved by your ILIP teacher, and is limited based on availability.

More details for students who are interested in this opportunity will be available in February once ILIP rotation begins.
