Options for Teams and Clubs

Customized strength and conditioning programming can be designed for individual members of teams and clubs through our strength and conditioning department.

If your team or club is interested in doing strength and conditioning prorgram design and orientation, let's get started by booking a time slot in one of the "team bookable" strength and conditioning sessions. After reviewing the strength and conditioning program schedules, have your coach or team capitan contact our strength and conditioning department in room 1031, or send us an e-mail. We'll get started by booking an orientation session with the team and deciding on collective fitness goals. From there, we'll get moving on program design that focuses on achieving those goals!

Following the initial program design phase, your team or club will be able to book strength and conditioning sessions in the first floor training centre (room 1021).

If you are interested in developing an individual strength and conditioning plan that is not a part of a team workout, you can downlaod and complete a program request form. All students who have completed a strength and conditioning facility orientation session, and who have attended at least 10 drop-in training sessions, can submit this request for a customized strength and conditioning program. Once your request has been submitted, we'll schedule time to work together to design and familiarize you with programming to target your specific strength and conditioning goals!
