Strength and Conditioning Program Options for Teams and Clubs

Teams and clubs at BCSS can schedule regular practices through our strength and conditioning department by booking strength and conditioning facilities for before-school, lunch-hour, or after-school use. If a strength and conditioning facility has been booked by a team or club through the athletics department, exclusive access to that facility will be provided. Bookings cannot conflict with drop-in training sessions or other pre-scheduled training times and must be supervised by a team coach, volunteer, or staff member.
