Whether you're exploring fitness, strength and conditioning for the first time, or you're an experienced athlete with a strong background in strength and conditioning, there are great programs at BCSS for you! Our strength and conditioning program schedules will tell you everything you need to know with respect to what's happening, where it's happening, and when it's happening! Signing up for a session is easy. Students can sign up on the board outside of the athletics office (1031) on the main floor!
If you'd prefer to do your own thing, that's cool too! You can join any drop-in training session as long as you've completed a strength and conditioning facility orientation session first!

- Aerobic Sessions (Weekly Spin Classes & Group Runs)
Remember: To join a sign-up session, you must register on the Strength and Conditioning Board outside of the Athletics Office each week!!
Drop-in Training Sessions Offered Semester 1, 2017
Drop-in training sessions are offered during regularly-scheduled time-slots at lunch and after school. These sessions can be attended by anyone who has completed a strength and conditioning facility orientation session. Occasionally, these sessions will be cancelled due to scheduluing conflicts and lack of supervisor availability. All students must review and adhere to strength and conditioning facility rules during drop-in training sessions.

Students who wish to participate in sign-up sessions must register for their session(s) on the strength and conditioning board located outside of the Athletics Office (room 1031).
